(More customer reviews)I purchased this printer for myself a few years ago. The printer I had worked fine but I wanted the ability to scan pictures. This printer was recommended to me by a friend who works on computers. It took a while for me to learn how to operate the scanner feature, but with the help of my son, I quickly learned how to operate it. Once learned, it was a snap. I am very satisfied with it. It doesn't have the fax feature but that isn't important to me. I looked at the fax feature as one more thing to go wrong, and one more thing to confuse the issue. lol. Now I can easily scan and send pictures and other items via emails.
