(More customer reviews)Had to download driver to operate on my Vista machine. Also the SCANSOFT PaperPort CD that came with Visioneer 9450 was not compatible with Vista, so had to go to SCANSOFT site to download upgrade. Also had to call Visioneer technical support regarding the connections, since the instructions weren't 100% clear. After finally loading the right Vista driver and software, and making the correct connections,the Visioneer scanner has worked well.
