(More customer reviews)This product is not recognized in XP and the drivers (which are buried in a subdirectory on the mini CD) do not work even when manually added via add new hardware/ports/have disk -> mini CD drivers. XP sees there's a new USB device but is unable to locate any driver, nor asks where one is (as the documentation claims should happen). There is no company or support information, and the seller cable4less / cable4pc only has email. don't buy it
