(More customer reviews)So far, this is a great scanner. It has easy to use software, and it is really fast and quiet. The built in slide scanner works great - the easiest scanner I have had to scan slides. However - there are bugs in the software that keep the buttons from working. I have Windows XP, and it recognizes when the buttons are pressed, but the software does nothing. I called HP support and they said that it is a known problem and there will be a fix. When that fix comes out and the buttons work, I will give this 5 stars...
