(More customer reviews)I purchased this item on Woot instead of Amazon. I use Vista and Microsoft did not program Vista to recognize the drivers. I researched this problem on the internet and evidently I am not alone with this problem. No matter what I've tried - including downloading new drivers - Vista refuses to recognize it. My husband tried loading it on an older laptop that uses XP and, while it will recognize the drivers, the pictures are completely scrambled. It is going back. No wonder everyone is offering it so cheap! The old saying, "you get what you paid for" is sooo true.
