(More customer reviews)Steer clear of this. Again, you get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive solution. I worked for 3 hours to install. Never scanned one slide. My computer will not recognize the scanner. I did tons of update, mess up my display settings and caused new errors. I consider myself a seasoned computer user. I would not recomend this, It is not even close to plug and play. Thank goodnes for windows restore function on my computer. :(
